Reports to: Operation & Orders Administrator

Location: Hong Kong

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will assist Operation & Orders Administrator on local ERP data entry and maintenance; follow up on order and shipment status as well as arrange local delivery logistics in Hong Kong.

• Assist to follow up on orders and shipment delivery status.
• Responsible for data entry and upkeep the most up-to-date purchase order & shipping scheduling information into local ERP system(s).
• Prepare shipping and invoicing documents from Purchase Orders through to Invoice and other related documents.
• Issue delivery instructions & arrangements to logistics company for local goods delivery
• Arrange and prepare stock transfer documents between shops and shops/warehouse
• Daily/weekly reporting within Operation Team and to other departments.
• Handle Import/Export declaration through Tradelink
• Handle ad hoc assignment as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 2 years’ shipping / purchasing experience gained in sourcing house or buying office preferable
• Knowledge in handling full set shipping documentation, L/C and bank documents
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficiency in using Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Detail oriented, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
