We are now looking for a Finance Manager - Asia of Isola Group – Hong Kong office.  It is responsible for managing the regional financial operations and may also control the financial function in other site. Determines and ensures implementation of the company’s regional finance policy. Provides financial assistance and guidance to top management in the development of major objectives and policies, in the review of plans and the development of appropriate financial controls and reports. Directs the preparation of periodic and yearly international financial statements.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full set of consolidated financial statements, balance sheets and management report;
• Monthly finance review with sites and US corporate finance team
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and strategic planning schedules;
• Prepare costing analysis;
• Liase with external auditors in respect of taxation issues and yearly audits.
• Work closely with IT to align and develop SAP and BW reports.
• Provide finance support to Sales and Operation teams
• Handles ad hoc project.

 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focus, Action oriented and Drive for results
• Excellent influencing skills and attention to details
• Systematic, logical, aggressive with strong initiative

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified Finance professional (CPA, ACCA) is a MUST
• At least 5 years of accounting experiences in handling full set of books and management reporting and with Big 4 experience is preferable.
• Proficient in SAP is a MUST
• Good analytical skills in financial control, cash flow, forecast, budgeting with strong PC skills including MS Office and computer-based accounting system
• Sound knowledge of HK/ PRC accounting standards and tax regulations is preferable
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Regular travel in Asia is required

WORKING CONDITIONS

• 5 days a week in HK Office
• 8:45am to 5:15pm
