Job Description

Main Responsibilities

l   Manage and monitor all aspects of accounting

l   Handle daily accounting transactions and month-end closing accounting tasks

l   Prepare accounting journals and month-end closing schedule

l   Follow credit control and outstanding invoice

l   Assist in the preparation of quarterly / yearly budget

l   Handle intercompany settlement & bank transfer

l   Ensure accuracy in computation of salesmen’s commission and bonus

l   Assist in preparing project margin analysis report

l   Co-ordinate with accounting team of HK & China factory

l   Assist in year-end audit and other ad hoc projects when required

 

Requirements 

l   F. 5 or above, LCC higher qualification or equivalent

l   At least 2 years accounting experience

l   Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent and willing to learn

l   Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power point

l   Knowledge in FLEX accounting and SAP is an advantage

l   Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin
