• To manage projects from concept through production, to communicate with technical leads, designers, marketers, and executives

What’s your background?

• Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Design program.
• At least 4 – 5 years of professional design experience in juvenile/infant product design, preferably have experience in gear product
• Proven experience in the industrial design and realization of mass-produced, global products
• Strong business acumen with solid understanding of key metrics and cross functional role
• Excellent sketching, form development, problem solving abilities
• Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate advance computers skills, surfacing and rendering in the following or similiar software 2D skills, sketching, vector artwork (Alias Sketchbook Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
• 3D-CAD modeling (Alias Design Studio or Creo/Pro-E)
• 3d-CAD rendering (Bunkspeed)
• Demonstrate advanced 3D model making skills:
• Study models, breadboards, proof of principle models and prototypes
• Good team player with ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
