Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business analysis and review on the financial operation of the Group’s operating subsidiaries and give top-notch advice to improve overall financial performance. 
• Perform project / investment evaluation to identify the associated costs, benefits and risks.
• Manage and participate in business strategic planning of the Group, including conducting operation reviews and preparing Board papers, consolidation analysis and presentations.
• Develop and maintain proper internal control policies and procedures on financial, operation, accounting system and functions and make continuous improvement on financial reporting.
• Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of all financial matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance with a professional accounting qualification. MBA holder a plus.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience gained in MNCs with strong proven management track record.  Exposure in China / overseas plants as well as in food & beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability, a hands-on working approach, excellent communication and presentation skills along with sound business acumen.
• Solid understanding of the latest listing rules and standard accounting practices, experience in building and evaluating financial / business models and deals.
• More experience will be considered as Senior Manager
