Job Responsibilities

• Dental equipment installation and repairs & maintenance. Dental Equipment includes the following:

1. Dental Chair
2. Dental X-ray
3. Ultrasonic Scaler & Prophy
4. Curing Light
5. Compressor
6. Suction
7. Hand Pieces
8. Autoclave

• IT support for the digital equipment (internal network setup)
• Customer relationship maintenance (technical)
• Support sales & marketing team to launch the equipment in Hong Kong and Macau
• Be responsible for any sales & marketing ad-hoc assignments, as needed

 Job Requirements 

• Undergraduate educational background
• 2-3 years of working experience required (service and maintenance experience is an advantage)
• Electrical engineering background, with good knowledge of computer hardware set up & Windows application
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility and demonstrates good problem-solving skills
• Have good interpersonal skills and strong desire to provide high quality customer service  
• Interest in learning dental equipment sales and repair techniques
• Good at computer hardware set up & Windows application
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
