Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for regional recruitment & selection, benefit administration, employee relations activities, company branding activities, apprasial systems and etc.
  • Review recruitment strategies, tools, channels and its effectiveness from time to time
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned departments to strategically influence and improve the recruitment flow and process provided
  • Conduct orientation, office tour, mentorship program, recruitment reports, organization chart & facebook update etc.
  • Back up & assist other HR teammates in coordination of employee relations activities and other company branding activities
  • Maintain & update company website when required
  • Handle the whole recruitment process from posting advertising, CV screening to offer confirmation
  • Handle Expatriates Administration such as employment visa, enquiries, housing arrangement, follow up in special needs
  • Handle relocation employment cases and prepare relevant documentation
  • Upate and implement HR polices locally
  • Liaise with government departments in each platform to ensure compliance with government, immigration and employment requirements and its regulations
  • Responsible for insurances renewal
  • Any other task as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in HR field and regional exposure in all around HR functions is a plus
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation, e.g. Hong Kong and China
  • Good presentation skill, well-organized, detail minded, flexible, self-motivated, able to work independent good team player
  • Strong in MS Office, such as MS outlook, words, excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in spoken & written English and Mandarin is a must and speaking French is a plus
  • Immediate available is preferred
