Job Responsibilities:

• To supervise the operations team handling daily operations and correspondence
• To assist Operations Manager to prepare reports and statistics for presentation
• To monitor retail chain operations and ensure efficiency of sales procedures
• To assist CEO and PR staff to make the business plan, operational strategy & promotion campaign

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years sales and operations experience in retail industry of which 1 years in a supervisory level 
• Aggressive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and presentation skills
• Good spoken and written Chinese
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Good PC skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Supervisor
• Japanese speaking will be an advantage
• Immediate available is highly appreciated
• Love Japanese Rice
