Job Duties:

• Schedule works and coordinate internal / external meetings for production team
• Assist Project Leader to prepare meetings / trainings with clients
• Follow up projects with clients and prepare project documentation
• Provide helpdesk and User Acceptance Test (UAT) support to clients

Requirements:

• 5 Subjects Passed in HKCEE including English or equivalent
• Minimum 2 Years Working Experience in Customer Services / Project Team
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Initiative and good communication skills
• Good at problem solving and able to work independently
• Immediate available is a must
