Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and deal closure for commercial/industrial real estate acquisitions
• Carry out feasibility studies and financial/cash flow analysis on industrial/commercial property acquisitions, including multiple scenarios’ returns analysis
• Obtain, review and track progress of due diligence reports, including environmental, structural, legal title and land survey; prepare investment reports and any other related reports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in surveying or related disciplines; member of HKIS / RICS
• At least 5 years relevant experience in property field with experience in Industrial/Commercial sector preferred
• Initiative, strong analytical skill and able to work independently
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
