Job Purpose

• Conduct IT audits and review IT related projects for Hong Kong and overseas offices

Key Responsibilities

• Review the systems security administration function
• Develop CAAT, audit plans and programs
• Investigate and find out causes of irregularities and errors, initiate and monitor corrective and follow-up action
• Ensure the quality of audit, prepare audit reports and present investigation findings and offer recommendations to the departments
• Enforce internal audit standards by reviewing, promoting or documenting internal audit policies, procedures and manuals according to internal and external regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with other team members to complete the scheduled assignments efficiently and effectively
• Document system information, audit work performed, audit findings and relevant reports
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Computer Science or related disciplines, preferably holder of CISA or CISSP
• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in IT audit or in the banking industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Knowledge in various platforms including Mainframe, AS400, Unix, NT and networking
• Knowledge of auditing, accounting, the Bank’s audit requirements and government regulations
• Self-motivated, independent, pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
