• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience, preferably in hotel or commercial building
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and willing to meet challenges
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Working Location: Wanchai
• Shift duty is NOT required, off duty on Sunday & Public Holidays  
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Ambassador
