Responsibilities:

• Handle customers' inquiries, complaints and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues;
  
• Prepare customer analysis reports;
• Maintain and update customer database.

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese including Putonghua;
• Excellent telephone manner and customer oriented;
• Good communucation and interpersonal skills;
• Mature, willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Immediate available is highly preferrable.
