Responsibilities:

• Manage shop assistants to ensure smooth operation and high customer service quality
• Motivate shop assistants to maximize sales and provide on-the-job training to new staff
• Monitor stock inventory and store tidiness
• Ensure goods for sale are displayed effectively and attractively
• Ensure all sales transactions are recorded and end-of day reconciliation accurately

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with at least 5 years retail working experience and 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficient in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, POS systems etc)
• Willing to work in shifts
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-minded, customer-oriented, sound interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good communication skills, sense of responsibility and self motivated
• Energetic, outgoing, pleasant and hardworking

SCHSA provides Care-on-Call Service, a comprehensive 24/7 support service consisting of emergency aid, integrated care, around-the-clock vigilance service, health management, and day-to-day living assistance.
