Job Duties:

• Assist the directors in the day-to-day operations;
• Provide support to all company projects;
• Experienced in cost estimations and quotations for event;
• Communicate with customers and contractor ;
• To manage, assist and attend to all trade show / sales trips, both local and aboard;
• Maintain records for office supplies and services order expenses;
• Responsible for full spectrum of Administration functions and office support;
• Coordinate with vendors for office equipment repair & maintenance;
• Handle business trip arrangement such as air-ticket & hotel accommodation
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above;
• With 3 years’ experience in related fields;
• Strong in PC application such as MS office, English & Chinese word processing;
• Multi-tasking, Hardworking ,Mature, independent, energetic, good interpersonal ,communication skills and attentive to details;
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin;
• Working experience in Jewelry industry and event management is highly appreciated;
