Responsibilities:

• Provide professional investment services to our clients, including account opening and transactions etc.
• Handle all kinds of enquiries and complaints
• Provide clerical and administrative supports to brokers and seniors
• Occasional outdoor works may be required
• Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with at least 2 years’ experiences in customer services of brokerage firms, bankers or financial companies
• Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, cheerful and detail-minded
• Holder of SFC Type 1(Dealing in Securities) and Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts)
• Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
