Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide interpretation and translation service from Cantonese/Mandarin to various European languages for a Customer Service Hotline
  • To provide translation and concierge service to the callers from world wide customers

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Bi-lingual OR Tri-lingual language with the major language being either Cantonese or Mandarin
  • 2nd Language include French, English, German, Italian, Spainish, Korean, Japanese
  • Able to work on shift basis with shift allowance
  • Good and reasonable general knowledge
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
  • Excellent service attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduate applicant also welcome
