You will be responsible for managing a property management team to oversee the day-to-day operations, meeting contractual commitments to our clients and establishing/developing good relationships with all external and internal business partners.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in property management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management in residential and commercial developments, of which 2 years must be at supervisory level
• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant Ordinances, DMC and/or related ordinances
• Member of HKIH, MCIH or RPHM is an advantage
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills with ability to work with people at all levels
• Highly proactive, customer-oriented with a positive mindset and be prepared to take on additional roles
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Assistant Property Manager
