Responsibilities (Warehousing):

• To lead and coordinate the warehouse operations team to ensure daily receiving, packing, re-labelling, shipment dispatch, regular cycle counts, write-off and all related processes.
• Assist on strategic planning and operations for the local warehouse.
• Constant analysis of the operational work and implementation of improvements.
• Liaise with Freight/Courier Service forwarders for freight cost & service level review.
• Update accurate inventory data in WMS, prepare regular reports and analysis.
• Coordinate and monitor goods receiving progress and orders fulfilment.
• Assist in physical warehouse management & tracking system.
• Support warehouse administrative duties and participate in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree or High Diploma holder in Logistics or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in inventory or warehouse operation, preferably in FMCG industries.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; strong sense of team spirit and responsibility.
• Detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated.
• Proficient in both written & spoken English as well as in computer applications like Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
• With sound experience with WMS/ERP is definate advantage.
