Key Roles:

• Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the management and project staffs regarding interior design, renovation and fitting out works for retail shops and daily routine works.
• Support the logistic and administration work for all events and activities
• Assist in organizing various task force and committee meetings
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing various events/ campaigns, etc.
• Liaise with various departments
• Assist in coordination for fitting-out and renovation projects
• Liaise with contractors, external vendors and service providers
• perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• With 5 years administrative and secretarial experience or equivalent
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, especially in Mandarin.
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Solid experience in retail fitting-out works and renovation projects is preferred
• Pleasant and cheerful
• Immediate available
