Roles & Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of I/E shipping documents, L/C and Tradelink operations independently
•  Able to independently work with shipping company, forwarding agent, vendors and coordinate with factory teams
• Secretarial support to Manager
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with 1-2 years’ relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in PC operations, including Microsoft Word / Excel
• Independent, diligent, self-motivated & good team player
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (knowledge of spoken Mandarin)
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
