Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits management and administration as well as employees relation for the School
• Involve in HRIS implementation project and personnel record keeping
• Cope with the daily C&B operations including medical, MPF, leave management & benefits administration, and taxation documents
• Co-ordinate the recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, coordinating interviews etc.
• Provide professional services and advices to internal customers, especially for expatriates
• Involve in work permits, visas and teacher registration applications and renewal process
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in HRM or related discipline
• 5 years solid HR experience gained from MNCs
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin
• Good knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Proficiency in MS (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proactive team member with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, responsible, detail-minded, people-oriented and multitasking
• Confident to deal with expatriates and different levels of staff
