Job Duties :

• Ability to handle tendering work, drafting a letter, taking minutes and project co-ordination
• To provide support to a Sales Team
• Ability to handle multi-task activities with tight deadlines

Requirement

• Diploma or above with formal Secretarial Training
• At least 2 years working experience in secretarial field
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Can work under pressure, overtime
• A fast learner with the ability to work independently
