Responsibilities:

• Carry out architectural, builders work and finishes (ABWF) and structural pre-construction preparation and coordination works as well as other detailed civil engineering / ABWF works for the assigned construction contracts;
• Safety management, quality management and environmental management on project site;
• Maintain site records as well as liaising with relevant parties;
• Review temporary work designs, including architectural building related structures, interfaces and support systems to ensure that they are completed in compliance with contract requirements;
• Site Based. 
  

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building or equivalent disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in buildings work and possession of experience in industrial treatment works will be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, organized and responsible with excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese.
