Responsibilities

• Maintenance management, progress monitoring, planning all related documents for Housing Maintenance Team;
• Day-to-day administration of the Contract, document submission, work coordination. 

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering;
• At least three (3) years relevant working experience in Security/ELV System Installation is a MUST;
• Knowledge of MS Office; 
• Fluent spoken and written in Chinese and English; 
• Immediate available is preferable.
