Responsibilities

• Lead team of Business Analysts to perform requirements gathering, functional specification design, and business process definition.
• Understand and analyze business requirements for development or implementation projects and translate into system requirements
• Produce functional design and prototype for communication with business
• Provide consultancy to business and act as an expert in subject matter for specific business areas

Requirement:

• University graduate or equivalent in the field of IT or related disciplines
• 7 years+ working experience in the financial industry, of which 2-3 years are gained in system development, implementation, business process re-engineering, system integration or operation support/design
• Experience in the areas of payment, cash management and/or banking would be an added advantage
• Good understanding of IT systems functioning in general; Exposure to technologies such as Java, Linux, Solaris or Oracle would be an advantage
• Strong communications skills in both written and verbal in English
