Responsibilities:

• Report to Buying Director
• Strategic business planning & implementation, sales & marketing
• Lead and manage the China merchandising team, oversee the whole merchandising flow and coordinating all merchandising and marketing activities
• Liaise with vendors and internal team to ensure business development are running smooth
• Directing and executing the visual merchandising plan to ensure all there retail shops deliver excellent visual standards according to the company’s standard and brand image in the market
• Frequent travels to PRC
• Ad-hoc project will be assigned as per management request

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 6 - 8 years merchandising / marketing / business development experience, of which 3 years must be in management position
• Working experience in China retail industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with high motivation at work
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
