RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage product portfolio to contribute to brand development
- Responsible for develop marketing strategies and programs with execution, to drive sales and offtake
- Contribute to both local adaptation and local initiatives of advertising creative materials; analyze media recommendations
- Implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plans
- Provide support to the sales team, including developing sales materials, updating competitors' activities, sharing research findings and coordinating events for customers and KOL
- Analyse data on product segment/category to evaluate the market trend and consumer behavior
- Track purchase orders in MAP budget
- Work closely with cross functional teams and external agencies to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives and deliver business goals. 

EDUCATION:

University graduate (preferrably in Marketing, Business)

EXPERIENCE:

- 2 to 3 years of marketing experience (preferrably in FMCG or health care industries)

COMPETENCIES:

- Proactive, self-motivated and hard working
- Strategic thinking, independent and result-oriented
- Good in time management and negotiation skills
- Relationship building / management
- Sensitive to market trend / practice of eye health industry
- Excellent presentation, communcation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
