The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both routine and non-routine inquiries from customers, preparing analysis & statistics, and providing support to Sales & Marketing team.

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above;
• 1 year’s customer services or sales support experience in the Liner / Forwarder / Logistics;
• Hands-on MS Office applications knowledge;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
