Responsibilities:

-          Handle independently all shipping documents

-          Coordinate the shipment of purchase orders with related parties

-          Provide necessary operation support

-          Follow-up missing LC’s, barcodes and payments with related parties

-          Courier coordination (Daily parcel arrangement, commercial invoice and airway bill

      creation,crosschecking documents against packages, reporting and track & trace)

-          Reporting (excel)

Required skills:

**Proficiency in Excel (it is a must)

**F.5 or above

**Very organized

**Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure

**Team work and problem solution oriented

**Very good verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH & MANDARIN

**Experience in handling shipping documents and Letter of Credit

**Experience in coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and suppliers

**Candidates with less experience would be considered as trainee.
