Responsibilities:

• Perform various accounting duties including invoicing, debt collection and monitoring accounts receivable
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Prepare journal entries and month end closing
• Prepare monthly sales reports and analysis
• Assist in maintaining schedule and bank reconciliation
• Proactive in monitoring and addressing past due accounts
• Follow up with customers for issue relating to invoicing and AR collection
• Inter-company billing, third party and reconcile inter-company transactions
• Assist in annual auditing

Requirements:

• F.7 or above in accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in similar capacity
• Hands on experience in accounts receivable is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and experience in accounting software ( NAV / SAP / Hyperion) would be advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Candidate will more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
