Responsibilities:

• Assist Finance Manager to prepare PRC monthly financial statement, budgeting, forecast, financial analysis and ad hoc reports.
• Assist Finance Manager to draft daily offical documents; handle the internal documents between HK and parent company.
• Assist in administration reporting and documents for parent company.
• Handle, operate and coordinate with parent company in PRC information system.
• Handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Advance diploma in Accounting/Finance or above
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in both of HK and PRC financial management area, business operation and communication.
• PRC background would be preferred
• Proficient in written English and Chinese; have experience and ability in administration
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Responsible, sense of teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills, have long-term development expectation
• Willing to travel PRC (not regular)
• Immediately available is an advantage
