Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of investment, advisory and risk management solutions. They are seeking for an Executive Assistant to support their department.

Job Responsibilities 

• Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Team such as travel arrangement, expenses claims and other logistic arrangement
• Schedule the meeting/room booking appointments for the teammates
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of secretarial experience in serving senior management gained from financial institutions, serving expatriates is a plus
• Tertiary qualification of above
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese (written and verbal), Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Powerpoint and Excel
• Able to work in fast-pace environment with immediate available is highly prefer
