Responsibilities

• Support HR functions in PRC operations including but not limited to recruitment & selection and compensation & benefits
• Plan and execute HR related initiatives and projects as assigned from time to time.
• Support the development, revamp and implementation of HR strategies and procedures
• Prepare various HR reports and statistics

Requirement

• Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline
• Station in PRC for 3-4 days per week
• With at least 2 years of solid experience in recruitment or C&B
• Experience and knowledge in PRC operation is an absolute advantage
• Strong in multi-tasking and problem solving
• Good with numbers and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
