Jobs duties

• Prepare accounting schedules and financial analysis
• Monitor daily accounting operation including AR, AP & GL
• Handle cheque payments and monitor cheque register
• Ensure proper accounting procedures are being followed
• Manage the accounting team and review subordinates’ work
• Handle ad hoc assignments
• Handle banking issues

Requirement

• Higher diploma in Accounting or above this qualification
• At least 5 years solid working experience in accounting field with 1 year at supervisory level
• Good PC skill in MS Word, Excel & Microsoft outlook
• Proficient in Peachtree is an advantage
• Matured, well organized, able to work independently and work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
