Job Responsibilities:

Financial accounting and reporting:

• Bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and filing
• Handling of receivables and payables
• Support in preparation of month-end accounts and management reporting
• Intercompany billing and reconciliation
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Perform ageing analysis of balances including accruals, debtors and creditors
• Perform analytical review for both P&L and Balance Sheet for a number of PGUs(Profit Generating Units) on a monthly basis
• Support the senior accountant in preparing the statutory accounts for the main trading entities
• Prepare breakdowns and analysis of group accounts as required by the external auditors

Education and Qualifications:

• Part qualified or newly qualified accountant. Strong educational background with relevant degree

Experience: Ideally the job holder will have experience in the following:

• Well versed with Balance Sheet integrity controls
• Preparation of group reporting requirements
• Preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS and HK GAAP
• Experience in Sun GL systems will be an added advantage
