• Diploma or Higher Certificate holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ working experience
• Holder of grade “A" registered electrician & safety card
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications may be considered as Maintenance Officer
