RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare accounting entries for accounts payable
• Process payments
• Day to day data entries
• Assist to prepare month end schedules
• Assist to prepare month end reports
• Participate in ad hoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Certificate in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 3 - 4 years working experience is preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Mature, self-confident, energetic and responsive
• Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadline
