As a Recruitment Researcher, you will be handling the preliminary process of candidate search, helping our team heads and consultants to identify right candidates.

With the team of recruitment researcher and team heads, as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be involved in the full cycle of the recruitment process which involves the cycle of attracting, interviewing, selecting and on boarding a qualified candidate for the job position.

Job Responsibilities:

-Counsel & advise clients’ career progression & development.

-Careful search for suitable candidates

-Managing the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond.

-Build up long-term relationships with candidates

Requirements:

-You should possess a degree in any discipline

-Strong record in sports or other co-curricular/extra-curricular activities will have a significant advantage.

-Excellent inter-personal/ communication skills, with the ability to influence.

-Experience in recruitment or HR is not a must.
