Responsibilities:

• Lead a technical team to carry out preventive maintenance for all building services systems of Grade A office building to achieve high quality of system performance and energy efficiency
• Provide technical support for BMS including “Trane Tracer Summit System” and “Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator System”
• Manage building improvement works for effective and efficient system operation
• Handle emergency incidents
• Deal with tenants’ enquiries, requests and complaints in related to technical issues
• Prepare tender documents and coordination works

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in building services maintenance of which 3 years should be at supervisory level in Grade A office buildings or property management field
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B)
• Self-initiative, mature and able to work independently
• Good team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Building Services Engineer
