Engineer/ Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities

-          Assists for tendering, reviews and interprets tender terms and conditions

-          Manages the selection, ordering and delivery schedule of materials and parts

-          Acts as the on-site leader of execution teams. Develop project schedules and executes according to plan for assigned projects

-          Provide guidance to the team and sub-contractors for ensuring the work quality and meeting the company service standard

-          Monitor the on-site work quality, technician and sub-contractors to meet completion timeline 

-          Manages budget and costs, billings and collection. Completes project billings on time

-          Attends project meetings and site supervision as required

-          Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

-          Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

-          2 years’ experience in E & M equipment and HVAC products

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-          Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking

-          Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a must

-          Good command of spoken and written English

-          Fresh Graduate are also welcome

-          Less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant Engineer
