Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed user requirements analysis and design
• Perform application system analysis, design and enhancement
• Develop and deploy solution based on user requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Provide user acceptance test and production support
• Administer project lifecycles from initial solution evaluation and technology acquisition through implementation and operations
• Liaison with vendors, information technology professionals and technology partners to maintain awareness of new technologies and best practices in the industry

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years' relevant IT experience
• Technical skills in Client/Server, Web/Internet applications and technology, relational database, and/or different server operating systems
• Good working knowledge of HTML/PHP/Java/javascript, PL/SQL
• Good technical knowledge and application experience across multiple IT platforms, development environments and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, people management and resources management skills
• Self-motivated, quality driven, and can work under pressure
