Responsibilities:

• To provide installation, maintenance, repair work for medical devices and machineries.
• To provide technical support to customers over the phone or on sites.
• Product testing and troubleshooting.
• Co-operate with other team members and assist product manager in providing excellent customer services and supports

Job requirement:

• Secondary Education or above. IVY Certificate or similar qualification preferred. Experienced or previous training in IT, electrical, electro-mechanical engineering is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Detailed-oriented, well-organized, ability to communicate with customers on problem identification and propose solutions.
• 1 year working experience.

Work Location: Sai Ying Pun


Working hour:

• 5 days a week (9:30 a.m to 6:30p.m) and alternative Saturdays (9:30 a.m to 1:30p.m)
• 14 days annual leave and bank holidays.
