Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle all types of General Insurance products claims;
- Examine and approve the cases under predefined authority level;
- Analyze and prepare claims statistics report;
- Respond and answer customers’ claims enquiries;
- Liaise with business colleagues / underwriters on any policy coverage issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+years of experience in handling of General Insurance products claims.
- Post-Secondary education graduates or above.
- Possession of ACII, ANZIIF or in progress is preferred.
- Able to work independently or under supervision and as a fast team player.
- Good telephone manner and excellent customer service.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and PC skills e.g. MS Office, etc.
- Immediate available will be an advantage.
