They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their group level finance department.

Job responsibilities:

Managing 2 subordinates, you will be responsible for the financial reporting at the group level, consolidating all the business units that are engaged in a broad range of industry sectors. You will also be a key person to participate in their Oracle ERP implementation project, designing the chart of accounts, giving input from a user’s perspective during the UAT, handling queries from the business users and external consultants etc. You will be a succession plan to the Financial Controller. Hence you must be prepared to lead a larger team in the future, and drive continuous fine-tuning of their financial systems and processes.

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, or related disciplines
• Professional qualification in accounting e.g. HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• External audit experience in a Big Four firm
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP system a must.
• Exposure in MNC environment, with matrix reporting lines and a complex organizational structure
• Able to work in a large team, enjoys interacting with people, driving change, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of the execution
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) a prerequisite
• Minimum with 8 years relevant working experience
