Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counseling on investor relations and financial media relations
• Develop and execute financial media / investor relations activities
• Lead a group of account servicing staff to deliver service  
• Play a key client facing role that combines building client relationships and maintaining harmonized agency-client relationship at all levels
• Ensure clear and effective communication between internal and external parties involved
• Ensure all accounts are maintained within budget and time constraints, and resolve any problems
• Manage and mentor junior team members on financial media / investor relations projects
• Contribute to new business acquisition with proposals and pitches

 Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial communications / investor relations, agency experience a must
• Account leadership experience in financial communications
• Good knowledge of financial markets and IPOs
• Strong media contacts
• Outstanding project management skills with good sense of quality, timing and cost control
• Ability to manage & supervise investor relations / financial media events independently
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), with ability to write clear and compelling materials. Mandarin is essential
