Responsibilities:-

• Provide full spectrum of administration support
• Assist to formulate office administration procedures and policies
• Office support including equipment maintenance, stationery procurement, etc
• Co-ordinate with internal users for various administration tasks
• Monitor and control office expenses and budget
• Handling daily accounting, clerical duties and monitor cash flow
• Backup reception service when necessary
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:-

• Degree holder in any business discipline, with at least 2 years working experience
• Fresh Graduate is considered as the assistant Administration and Account Officer
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Detail oriented, well-organized with energetic and pleasant character
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in PC applications of MS Office and familiar with Excel is a must
• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE is PREFERRED
