Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute sales and marketing tools for project launch including advertising, collaterals and souvenirs production property sales agent materials, online / mobile marketing tools, public relation, events and showflat / showcase arrangement etc.
• Liaise with property sales agents for promotional material display and distribution.
• Conduct sales administration works at sales office during sales launch including computer entry, presenting preliminary S&P contract to purchasers and training to promoter / presenter, etc.
• Plan and execute effective publicity program for press conference and events, including rundown, press release write-up, speech, Q&A, venue set-up / production, coverage monitoring, handle press enquiries and manage press relations to enhance the rapport with media and increase company and project exposure.
• Monitor new project launch and related marketing and PR activities in a systematic manner.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, business communication, surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in property developer or property related Industry.
• Effective communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable; Proficiency in PC skills.
• Initiative, detail-minded and good team player.
