JOB DUTIES:

• Assist in recruitment selection process including screening resumes, interview coordination and will be trained to conducting interviews in the future
• Keep contact and provide good customer service to clients and external parties daily
• Assist in driving small scale of research projects through internet
  
• Assist in Company's Operational work such as maintain good database system and other day to day communication through emails and phone calls
• Provide administrative support to senior management and general office administrative support to the company
• Maintain company's database, website and a good filing system
• Assist in other projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder (Full Time) in any discipline
• With 0-1 year working experience
• Dedicated, analytical, well-organized and with good and positive working attitude
• With good communication skills and enjoy both meeting and communicating with people daily
• Flexible and is a good team player
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and working level of Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good PC skills (MS word and excel)
