Job Description
Requirement
- Form 5 graduates or above
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Hands-on PC applications on MS Word and Excel
- shift duty required
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Pleasant disposition with excellent telephone and reception skills and manner
- Work in Wanchai or Causeway Bay
- Immediately available preferred
Responsibility:
- Handle & arrange phone calls including enquiries and requests from clients either through telephone / fax / email
- General administration duties
- Maintain tidiness of the general office environment
- Ah hoc assignments
